Russia Launches 4 Tablets Android and Windows CE from a Tablet Computer Rover

4. How could W70 Rover tablets with NVIDIA Tegra, with HDMI, 4GB flash storage, 3G, 512 MB RAM webcam, capacitive touchscreen and Android 2.1
5. RoverPad 3WG70 with Android 1.5, RockChip 2808 128MB Ram, 2GB Flash Drive, micro SD slot, Wi-Fi, Webcam, USB ports, and headphone output Internal Speakers
